DESCRIPTION:
Hailing from Nuneaton in the heart of England, Stoner Doom outfit started out as a jam band with Oli White on the Drums ex Radio daze, Minus Society and Joe McGee guitar/vocals ex Stonerwitch, Volume Death Riot jamming riffs and ideas for a few months then joined by Jack Redhead who Added more dynamics and volume and song writing capabilities. And so from these early jam sessions you can hear the tracks they recorded at Carlos Santana’s zoo studios .
After a Long search for a bass player The Mire Deep recruited the skills of Alex Rollason to complete the line up as it stands today.
With influences as diverse as the dead Kennedys to godflesh from the minutemen to burzum their aim is to create crushing riffs with fierce volume and a chaotic edge resulting in a fresh thunderous sound.
