“An energetic performer with sticky sweet vocals”



Jonelle's recording career started in 1995, on the dance music label Tazmania. She recorded and performed throughout the mid to late 1990’s, and you can find her songs on many of Tazmania's compilation CDs (see list below).



In 2007 (without the backing of a label) Jonelle went back into the studio to record "Unforgivable", which has come to be a fan favorite during her live performances. Once you hear Jonelle sing Unforgivable live, you will truly feel the emotion that she used to write the song.



In early 2008, she signed with Clubland.Us, an artist management/production team. Shortly after, Jonelle recorded and released "Fantasy", which is an infectious dance floor filler with a West Coast/light trance influence. “Fantasy” made its public debut at the 2008 Philly Freestyle Concert at the Liacouras Center in Philadelphia. Jonelle opened the show and was very well received by the crowd.



"Fantasy" was presented to mainstream and internet radio, and was added to the rotation at several CHR (current hit) radio stations in New Jersey and Miami. “Fantasy” also did well with mixshow DJs in Texas, Chicago, Philadelphia, and in the Bay area of California.



In late 2008, Jonelle recorded and released a remake of the 1980's monster ballad "When I'm With You", which was done as both a ballad and an uptempo dance track.



All of the songs (Unforgivable, Fantasy, and both versions of When I'm With You) are available for digital download on all of the major download sites (iTunes, Amazon, Rhapsody)



In 2009, Jonelle is staying very busy. She has worked on several collaborations, including one with freestyle icon Lil Suzy.



Jonelle wrote the song “Dance Tonight” for Lil Suzy, and they recorded the song together in late March 2009. Lil Suzy released the song in June 2009 on iTunes and on Amazon. Lil Suzy also debuted the song at the Freestyle Fury concert at Campbell's Stadium in Camden, NJ which also featured Jonelle as the opening act.



In July 2009, Jonelle released “You Got That”, a bass-heavy pop track that received great response with club and dance radio DJs. The song was recently accepted into a new music showcase that is being sponsored by Microsoft Windows. Part of the deal with Microsoft is that Jonelle is able to offer “You Got That” as a FREE DOWNLOAD (see www.jonelleonline.com for more information).



Jonelle has also had 2 other releases in the summer of 2009. The first is "Cry Baby Cry" which will is part of Tazmania's comeback CD "Overloaded" (release date July 4, 2009). Check out www.tazmaniarecords.com for more about OVERLOADED.



The other song that Jonelle released is "Dirty Disco", which has a very electro/bass club sound. Combined with Jonelle's sweet vocals, and a VERY catchy hook, this song is sure to get stuck in your head. She performed it at this year's FREESTYLE BLAST concert in Staten Island, NY and it received a great response from the crowd.



The rest of 2009 and 2010 has Jonelle busy writing songs, collaborating internationally with other dance artists, and releasing more dance and freestyle music. Her first solo album is also in the works, scheduled for a 2010 release.
