DESCRIPTION:
I had this track unidentified for years, and where Tunatic, Midomi, youtube's copyright protection layer, and much else besides failed, the Shazam ID service (as employed by Popular regular rabbitfun - thanks!) succeeded. Note that I'm still uncertain whether this is the original version of the track or a remix, e.g., by Love from San Francisco or Charles Webster (the album version of the track is nearly 2 minutes shorter than this version, as is the Charles Webster remix on an Astralwerks compilation like the one I had).

For no particularly good reason, other than that it's a brilliant, haunting film, our background image is from the final shot of Georges Fanju's Eyes Without a Face (1960).
