Every thursday we will be picking a song from the past, usually consisting of a now fan favorite. We'll either show a demo from when a popular band started or a member's first band. So take a walk down memory lane with us and enjoy this week's pick!

In spirit of Betraying The Martyrs releasing their brand new single yesterday, I decided to touch base on that subject. BTM got their start in 2008 but wouldn't announce their current vocalist Aaron Matts until 2010. He went on to be featured in the band's debut full length Breathe In Life (2011) their second full length Phantom (2014) and still continues on today. Before Matts entered BTM he fronted a Deathcore band called For Reasons Untold in which they only recorded a few songs. The power behind Matts' voice truly shows why he was picked for the new vocalist of Betraying The Martyrs.
