"Man to Man" is Craicdown's message to the Legislature and the Governor, in the sincere hope that they will remember those less fortunate than we. Recorded live in Shed-O-Phonic Sound.

Man to Man

The sun is shining on a Sunday morn
A bell is ringing in the square
The faithful file in through the chapel door
For to hear the gospel there
But it's one thing
To give the speech
It's something else to practice what you preach

This is the land of prosperity
Pots of honey on the shelf
But you would choke us with austerity
And take the honey for yourself
We till the soil
We plant the seed
You steal the harvest then you leave us in need

Man to man
Tell me where we stand
How does the bread from a poor girl's mouth
Wind up in a rich man's hand?

And so the next time that you go to church
Sit and listen to the word
And when you wake up on a Monday morn
Try to remember what you heard
Of the fatherless
Defend the cause
But woe to those who make unjust laws

Man to man
Is that where we stand?
How does the bread from a poor girl's mouth
Wind up in a rich man's hand?
