You can't buy love. Nor can you measure it. But an artist, such as the
singer in this operetta, reveals the many facets of love in all its moods.
Can love be acquired? Is it the fluttering of a young girl's heart? Is it the uniting of souls?
Is it compassion? Is it a response to beauty? A desire?
Is it projection? Is love blind? Does mutual and reciprocal love make it all worth the
trouble?
This ride on the roller-coaster of love has its highs and lows, its ups and downs, but at
the end of the journey the traveller is exhilarated and moved.
