Travis

Travis are currently working with Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich who worked on The Man Who and The Invisible Band, Brian Eno, and Mike Hedges on their fifth album, due for release in 2006. Bassist Dougie Payne disclosed more information about the album on the official messageboard in a series of 'Studio Diaries'. Travis have teamed up with singer KT Tunstall for their next record: "We met (Tunstall) at one of the little club shows we did for the singles collection the Cavern show in Liverpool. We feel very lucky that she agreed to come in and help us out. She's astonishingly well pitched." Payne also said that they have enough material to release a double album if they wanted to; "We've got about 20 songs recorded. It sounds like we've got two albums worth of material". It will be released in The Fall Of 2006
