SORDID FLESH is formed in 2011 and released their debut demo in 2012 quickly got signed to Vic Records for their debut full length. Old school Swedish death metal, but not the zillionth version of Grave, Dismember of Entrails. Sordid Flesh has its own style and tries to deliver something special. Recorded in a big concert hall in order to catch their live power. Sordid Flesh doesn't want to en d up like the most of the nowadays digitalized and over-compressed sound and they succeed very well in that. Organic, almost 70's and 80's sounding death metal.. if death metal would have excisted back then.

The debut album 'Torturer' turned out into an evil, gritty old-school Death Metal monster infected with the essence of Thrash, Heavy and Black Metal.

Since their demo release, Sordid Flesh focused on live performances and has done shows with bands such as Nifelheim, Insision, Nominon, Crucifyre, Sorcery.

Produced by Ola Steingrim Ersfjord who has worked with bands such as Dread Sovereign, Vomitor and Morbus Cron. Cover artwork by upcoming young Swedish artist Mikael Carlsson. Bass player Jacob also plays in cult Swedish death metal band Sorcery.
