The first family of Tex-Mex music, Santiago Jimenez Sr. and his son Flaco Jimenez in the front yard of their home in San Antonio in the early 80's, playing and talking about the origins of their music. Also in this story done for the Today Show is a young Joe King Carrasco playing and talking about his taking the music to the next level that he called Nuevo Wavo or Tex-Mex Rock & Roll.
