Samantha Fish is the hottest thing going on in the Blues scene in the Kansas City area. She played from 9 pm til 1 am minus 2 breaks. Trouser Mouse was as full as I'd ever seen it. She played a few songs from what will be her new cd once she gets together with Mike Zito in Louisiana soon. You can't find this level of entertainment for just the $ 10 cover charge to get in, plus we got to hear deep into her musical collection. This song was played with a Cigar Box Guitar, something I had never seen before. I hope she makes it big even though we will most likely lose the chance to see her in these small venues.
