This music takes place towards the end of the film around the time when Sam chases after Frodo as Frodo sails away to journey to Mordor alone. Sam begins to drown, as he can't swim, but Frodo saves him. This song really brings out the friendship of this scene - and a large part of the power behind it is the music.
