DESCRIPTION:
Premiere of "mosaik" by Stephen Hatfield at the MosaiK Choral Festival 2013, performed by the MosaiK Festival Choir, made up of Cross Town Youth Chorus, Tone Cluster quite a queer choir, Nepean Choir, Ottawa Regional Youth Choir, Chorale de La Salle, and Harmonia Choir of Ottawa. Stephen Hatfield, Director. Kevin Smith videographer, Tom Barnes sound engineer.


Using both French and English, Stephan Hatfield created a piece for the “MosaiK” choral festival with the message that every tile contributes equally when building a mosaic, and each every voice contributes to building a choir and a community.
