DESCRIPTION:
I bought a 3 pack today from a local toronto convenience store. The best before date is the 9th of august 2016. It's the 22nd of august 2016. Now, with my knowledge obtained from working in the food service industry for years, I know that there should be nothing wrong with mass produced chocolate, or anything else that has as many chemical preservatives as mass produced chocolate does) if it's a few days past it's expiry date. The chocolates should still be edible, right? Well, not this time, or the countless other times this issue has been documented and complained about. I know this is not the first time someone has found worms in their products and it will probably keep happening unless the company is forced to address this because of bad publicity.

Share and spread this video around let's get this issue resolved once and for all. I don't know if I can ever eat a ferrero rocher product again at this point... that includes Nutella.... thanks for this ferrero.

It appears that the company has basically disregarded everyone who's tried to get in touch with them about this issue regardless of video footage and photos. I'll be going into the facility with the product and the worm and show them in person and hopefully by doing this they will have to at least apologize if anything. It's truly disgraceful for a company with such a good reputation to be able to not be held accountable for this kind of outrageous and disgusting addition to their product. Not to mention their lack of courtesy, their complete negligence and their abandoning of their duty of care, which is legally their responsibility to uphold.
