The Factotum Bass Suboctave Drive is the first pedal from the new Red Witch line of bass effects. Lurking in its luxurious chrome enclosure are two separate, fully analog effects designed specifically for the bass guitar; a warm, yet defined, bass overdrive, and an impossibly huge-sounding sub-octave. Each effect can be used separately or in tandem with the other, and each has its own footswitch. Controls include Octave Mix and Drive, as well as dedicated Mix, Tone, and Volume knobs for the drive section, allowing the player to easily dial in the ideal blend of thick, detailed overdrive and massive low octave tones. Because the Factotum has been designed from the ground up as a bass effect, you can be assured that the full spectrum of low end will remain intact. Like all of Red Witch's premium products, the Factotum is made from top-shelf components and features true bypass switching.
