DESCRIPTION: It was a Thursday afternoon and I had been in the market for some furniture and I was in the nearest furniture store to my house and I approached by this young man who worked there. He helped me locate the closest to what I was looking for. I wasn't interested in the items he showed me, but on the way out I mentioned that I was a producer at WCHS and he asked me, "How can I get on TV?" I told him that he needed to call the sales office and see about putting a commercial on. Then I asked, "Why, what are you trying to market?" My thinking was, here was this young guy, he's probably interested in some get-rich scheme or something equally selfish, being the optimist that I am. He then told me about his group "The Do-Gooders". He explained what they did and how they were a community service group who's sole intention is, to do good things. Real good things. So, I did a story on him and he has proven to be an extremely unique young man. He's an asset to the community and his intentions are ever so sincere.
