I came across Ernie's music while gathering material for my radio program "Sybil Gage's Stormy Monday Show". He contacted me to thank me for playing his songs and we became friends. Subsequently, he became my guitarist whenever I had shows in North Florida. I will miss my friend. I am sorry we never got to write that song together.
