DESCRIPTION:
Here's a Music Production I did for Dave Hollister (Former member of Blackstreet) entitled "CAN'T STAY/BRING IT TO DAVE (INTERLUDE)". It's an Urban Soul Adult Contemporary R&B ballad that totally emphasizes on "VOCALS, RHYTHM SECTION, and LIVE STRINGS ARRANGEMENT". Throughout the entire musical history between myself and Mr. Hollister I worked on 2 projects with 2 compositions scattered between them as a single collaboration. Originally I met Dave during the time I was on tour as the DRUMMER for Teddy Riley and Blackstreet. I enjoyed immensely the entire time we spent together as musical brothers and friends while out on tour, and it was a lot of fun to work with him in "The Labs" (AKA Recording Studios) in various locations throughout the USA, along with the superlative musicians and engineers that contributed their services with the utmost passion, devotion, commitment, and dedication. My deepest gratifying special thanks goes towards the amazing and astounding individuals from the "LOS ANGELES PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA STRING SECTION" (VIOLINS, VIOLAS, CELLOS, and UPRIGHT BASSES). That session alone/by itself brought back happy memories and joyful times while I was a member of the Oakland Youth Symphony Orchestra (under the elite and astute conductor/leadership of the late great legendary DR. DENIS DE COTEAU), and the world renowned Oakland Symphony Orchestra (under the conductor/leadership tutelage of the late great legendary CALVIN SIMMONS).
