Exceptionally gifted Australian singer/songwriter Emma Joleen joined the world premiere performance of the Pangean Orchestra (www.pangeanorchestra.com) The concert held in the Symphony Hall where Emma Joleen sang and conducted the grand finale original "BOLLYWOOD" composition with full WORLD MUSIC ORCHESTRA & 60 dancers choreographed by Hodgie Jo from Korea. Background: The Pangean world music orchestra is comprised of musicians playing ancient indigenous instruments from almost every culture on the planet. The orchestra is being documented by Hollywood film producers for a television broadcast following the process of bringing diverse instruments and musicians together to play original music in a so called, "Immigrant Orchestra." Others say it's a political orchestra for reconciliation conspiring to unite musicians and thereby audiences worldwide.



Emma Joleen discovered her passion for writing when she lost her voice. After a year of being a mute, that is, when no words could be spoken or sung, the music continued to sing on the piano where, Emma Joleen wrote a number of songs which have won several national and international accolades. Fortunately, Emma Joleen's voice has returned and she continues to sing with her band at original gigs, weddings, corporate events, funerals, birthday parties and performing seminars on vocal health and wellbeing.



Vocally, Emma Joleen is a bit of Tori Amos, a touch of Dido and a hint of Kate Bush, where musically she transitions between Regina Spektor, Evanescence and Sara Bareilles. Visually, Emma Joleen is compared to Delta Goodrem and Reese Witherspoon, while her stage presence resembles Nora Jones, Annie Lennox and Nicole Kidman.



Emma Joleen recommends listening to all styles of music and creating a habit of lifelong learning. Favourites on her playlist include; Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder and SEAL because "these incredible musicians inspire life transformation to a higher purpose."
