Kaleidoscope EP is Metalf's first release on Smiley Fingers Limited and for the occasion he has prepared four very intense and masterfully produced tracks. The title track is a post-dubstep tune, with a heavy ambient influence, where as "Screaming" is a smooth trip into melody with a heavy bassline and driving '80's sounds. Tyndall, Mëtålf's latest single, is based on the contrast of the Burial style vocal production, a dreamy atmosphere, and a big bassline supported by articulated drum, patterns. 1/5 closes the set, with thin glitchy sounds and airy melodies that reveal the true nature of this young Italian talent.
