A talk about psychedelic awareness with João Goulão, the Coordinator of the Portuguese Center for Drugs and Alcohol and Chairman of the European Observatory for Drug Addiction. Other panelists include members of Kosmicare, Check In (substance testing) and the editor of the book of harm reduction published in Switzerland. A very interesting discussion panel that took place at Boom 2014 about how decriminilization laws can have a positive impact, cognitive freedom and psychedelic awareness. Kosmicare, the pioneer Boom Festival project, is also presented in detail.
