DRH 037 Bleak Ekko EP
Last release on Deeply Rooted House for 2011 will be by a new Swedish artist, Bleak, Elias Landberg from Skudge introduced me to Bleak, saying he thought i'd like his music, and he was very right!
Bleak's tracks have a unique mixture of Deep Hypnotic and repetitive grooves with a special soul and magic to them.
His productions are underpinned by a fat bass construction, evolving dark and surrealistic pads, chords and heavy rhythms. Giving away tremendous spaces of reverb and complicated structures in his music, pretty much inspired in the underground Techno and House styles of the 90´s.
