Electric Underground began in January 2007 with the idea to give independent producers of electronic music a platform on which to perform. A passion for original music and the thrill of putting on live gigs summoned a need to provide the people of Cork with a new dimension to an already diverse scene. Over the last four years, we have brought over 100 acts to Cork at very reasonable door prices. We run nights in Cork's finest club venue the Pavilion under the Electric Underground name, and in other venues under the name [Sub]Merge. The nights usually start at 10:30pm and run til 2.15am with at least four acts playing per night. Usually a mix between DUBSTEP/TECHNO AND ELECTRO.
