Filmed at the Echo Lounge in the East Atlanta Village on October 17, 2003. The I.G. Festival presented Jesco the Dancing Outlaw live in person along with a list of special guests including Shane Morton's Spook Show, Doll Squad Burlesque and live musical performances by the bands Tweezer, Fiend without a Face, Artimus Piledriver and J.J. & the Hustlers.

The footage in this video was graciously filmed and supplied by Steve Stussey and features the opening moments of a rowdy and historic night at the Echo Lounge.

The first number of the show featured Jesco White tap-dancing to the Johnny Cash song "Folsum Prison Blues" with the musical accompaniment of Brent Hinds (Mastodon) on lead guitar, Jason Floyd Hatcher (Hex Error) on lead vocals and rhythm guitar and Steve McPeeks (Fiend without a Face) on stand-up bass.
