1900's Congenital Maladroitness is used for the first time (which is a name that also means dyspraxia)
1925 French Doctors and therapists started raising awareness of motor skill awkwardness.
~1937-1938 An American neuropsychiatrist by the name of Orton-Gillingham discovered and defined Dyspraxia.
1975 Dr.Sasson Gubbay named Dyspraxia as clumsy child syndrome.
1980's Dyspraxia is used as an official term.
1987 The Dyspraxia foundation created.
1989 The name clumsy child syndrome is no longer a term used for reasons of overuse.
