The Sounds Of Outer Space is a record that tells the story of an intergalactic dude who gets into all kinds laser fights in space. The story is told through a series of sound effects with a little narration.

The record is meant to stimulate the imaginations of kids. I used to love listening to it as a child. This album is probably one of the key elements that made me able to appreciate more experimental music as an adult.

Either that or the chromosomes I'm missing.

Pretty fun to listen to. Lots of crazy noises and atmosphere. Pretty silly stuff. This album always brings me back.
