DESCRIPTION:
For the final #CoverClub session recorded this winter, we return to Nomad Recording Studio to showcase our 4th session of the series at the West Philadelphia Studio. Although Up The Chain was the first band recorded that day, they are the final unveil with their cover of The Lawsuits "You Won't Love Me If You Don't" Following the success of the session's other covers including Sean Hoots, Dominic Angelella, and the Bernhardt Family Band, Up The Chain was well worth the wait!

Recorded in Philadelphia, PA this fifth set of recordings for the series includes Sean Hoots, Dominic Angelella, The Bernhardt Family Band and Up The Chain.

Recorded during a snow storm at Nomad under the helm of Rob Swift and crew handling audio. Bob Sweeney & Michael Southerton took the reins on camera side of things.

Cover Club is a special brand of covers featuring Philly; old school Philly, current Philly, anything Philly related!"A special brand of Philly covers". The bands will mainly be Philly bands covering other Philly bands, but in some cases like Joe Fletcher, we could be including a national act in the rotation as well. Each Monday we will release a cover, with an original from the session being released normally on the Thursday of the same week! This week, as The Bernhardt Family Band has a show Wednesday we will release early to coincide.

What is Cover Club?:
Earlier this year here at the indie Philly blog, Root Down In The Shadow, we started the fun series #Philly Presents ...bands writing about other bands. The most common reaction from bands to this project: "Wait? Are we covering other bands?" And so #CoverClub was born!
