DESCRIPTION:
So here is my first little blabbering video about amazing records that I leant on quite heavily when I make my own....this is Queen's News Of The World. I only mention one of my favourites on this video (All Dead, All Dead) but honourable mentions must go to It's Late (for entirely different reasons one of my favourite Queen songs ever, if you haven't heard it, please seek it out) and Sheer Heart Attack (the song, not on the album of the same name...). Thought I'd pick this one as it was Queen's "back to basics" record after the glorious excess of A Night At The Opera and Day At The Races, still just as bombastic though! The clip of them playing at the end is Stone Cold Crazy from an earlier album, Sheer Heart Attack, but it's still awesome. An anomaly of a band in that every member wrote amazing songs. I can't write enough superlatives about Queen so I'll just stop now. Feel free to share your thoughts! Ta!
