DESCRIPTION:
This is the only scene worth watching in the weirdo Dan Ackroyd vanity vehicle 'Dr. Detroit.' He's an uptight professor that leads a double life as a fright-wigged wearing pimp.

At the end of the movie, he has to be at a University function *and* the Playa's Ball. And all of this is set to a really great James Brown performance. It's truly great, and if you look closely, you can see a young Fran Dreischer as a back-up dancer.
