When most think of excellence they think of Orlando Mullins, who has spent his life setting and achieving goals.



In 1984, Mr. Mullins started achieving his goals by graduating from high school with honors and starting his undergraduate studies at Christopher Newport University, where he maintained a basketball scholarship. He pledged as a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity through Hampton University. After graduating from Christopher Newport University in 1988 with a Marketing Degree, Orlando pursued a career in sales. He became a regional sales representative for Moet/Hennessy.



Orlando came up with a way to collaborate both sales and music, when he founded his own management/Promotions Company, “Double “O” Entertainment”, which was a full service A&R /management company providing artist development, booking, and event promotions. Orlando, working for hard time Entertainment is responsible for taking Name on a worldwide tour that hit 48 cities. He also had the pleasure to work with Tone Capone on a worldwide tour with JAY-Z and hosted his Roca-Fella/Roca-Wear‘s Official After party for All-Star weekend in Washington, D.C. at Club 2K9 in 2001. Orlando’s artists have also had the opportunity to perform with Jay-Z in several concerts. Orlando has Produced/A&R the following: Alyson Williams, E.U. (Da butt) Bobby Lyle, Roy Ayers, Howard Hewitt, Michael Lington Jarrard Anthony,Matthew Finley,Marcus Johnson, Yahzarah, Jaared, Mello d & the rados & many more.

Orlando has (Double O Entertainment) has managed a wide variety of artists that consisted of The Marcus Johnson Project (Wea), Howard Hewitt, Saxophonist Jarred (Wea), who won a National Smooth Jazz Award and nominated for a Grammy Award 2001. Platinum Gospel artist: Pastor William Becton (Koch), R & B singer Davinch from the Platinum selling group Ruff Endz (Sony) ,Pastor John Butler (Navarre) and Super producer Arrington” V-12” Price (Erykah Badu, Yahzarah, Roy Ayers, N2U). Plus the new Songwriter Extradinaire Sensation Tomika Arnold & Dale Goode. Also Soon to take over the R&B game -Matthew Finley aka Mdot. GODzend (rapper) just won Song of the Year” State of Emergency” @ the 5th Annual Hip Hop awards in NYC!!All of these artists are signed to major recording labels.



Orlando recently resigned as the Vice-President of the Urban (R&B/Hip-Hop) and Jazz Divisions at Three Keys Music a division of Marimelj Entertainment Group; LLC (owned by Robert Johnson of B.E.T.) .Three Keys Music is a multi-million dollar entertainment company who has worldwide distribution through Warner Brothers.To resume full-time duties of Double O Entertainment.
