Charles Spearin and Justin Small have been making music as Do Make Say Think since 1995. Alongside godspeed you black emperor, they are one of the Constellation label's veteran bands. Charles and Justin also split their time playing in Broken Social Scene and Lullabye Arkestra respectively as well as many other Toronto collaborations.
