XXX$$$ (pronounced Excess) is an international, Tokyo-based duo composed of Japan-born, NYC-raised DJ SARASA and Ukraine-born, UK-raised XLII.

As already established artists, individually they've performed around the world, XXX$$$ is an unlikely combination of two artists with seemingly opposite approaches to hip-hop and club music who together become more than the sum of their parts, creating their own brand of bass-heavy dance music: energetic like Tokyo, colourful and exotic like India, heavy like London and dirty and danceable like Baltimore.

Using turntables, a laptop and NI Maschine controllers, and a mix of MIDI controllers, XXX$$$ create equally smooth and edgy mixes that can only be done with 4 hands. Their performance is frantic, thick and layered, creating a high energy mix of dance floor friendly hip-hop beats and bass, electronic dance music and a little je ne sais quoi born of this unique fusion.
