DESCRIPTION:
This Christian music is what I listen to when I am on the "weight pile" driving heavy iron. I burned these songs onto a CD in this exact order. If you want some godly music to give you motivation when you are lying under that heavy weight on the bench, this is for you. If you don't listen to secular music like me, you will really enjoy this compilation of Christian music.

These songs go hard all the way to the end. I have the Gospel Message at the end because its good to hear at the end of a taxing workout. This CD is for the cats who aren't playing in the gym, if you are into ballet or other stuff of that nature don't even bother burning these songs to your CD. If you go to the gym to talk, play around, joke, or any other nonsense, this isn't for you.

This Cd is for the cats who are serious about God and working out. In other words, if you talk about God, live it! These are the last days, get with the program. Repent of your sins and accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior.
