DESCRIPTION:
On the 28th of April 2017 DJ Ready D, E-20 & Azuhl collectively known as Beat Bangaz celebrated their 20th anniversary at Unik, Claremont, South Africa and launched their first official music video, Bo Kaap with YoungstaCPT. As a collective and individually the Beat Bangaz boast careers that span more than two decades within the field of hip hop and DJ’ing. The pioneering African DJ collective with roots in the Cape Town hip hop culture emerged after Ready D’s successful career as a battle DJ competing in the prestigious Technics DMC’s locally and abroad in the US, London and France. The group currently consists out of Grand Master Ready D, E-20 & DJ Azuhl with past members Angirl, Big Dre, Shamiel X.

Their current projects include their online radio platform Beat Bangaz Radio (www.beatbangazradio.com) also available on Apple & Google Appstores, DJ tutorial series via their mobisite (mobi.beatbangaz.co.za) & working on their first official album as a collective.
