With "Philly", his second release on Get Physical, DJ T. continues to refine the style he introduced on "Starlit" and "Electrofied" (GPM 003): old school flavour meets the sounds and beats of today, paying homage to the rudimentary tracks of the early disco era and the unforgettable Sound of Philadelphia.

Reverbed string lines, sweet atmospheres and spectacular dub effects fly over a forcing and omnipresent groove, keeping the track´s flow over its epic length of 8 1/2 minutes.
Like the previous release, "Philly" was produced together with GPM producer Booka Shade.

On B1 you find DJ Naughty´s interpretation, starting off with a sweaty beat, later breaking into
an atmosphere that is close to the original, yet spicing it up with a good portion of "Naughty Funk".

B2 gives you the Dub Mix....no chords...no melodies....just pure groove !
