Lorenzo Elle aka Deteque is a dj and producer who's based in Rome.

He fell in love with electronic music through some friends who introduced him to it. He also grew fascinated with DJing while attending small clubs in his area at the time. He loved clubbing both in Italy and Europe, getting more and more in the scene until when, in his 20's, he moves to Rome where he spins records in several parties and, in 2007, starts his own weekly event called D-side, where he was the organizer as well as resident dj. In 2009 he works for Moose, in Brancaleone, and starts Bloomteque together with his partner Francesca, a booking agency representing artists like Tigerskin aka Dub Taylor, P.Toile, Daniel.fx, Till Von Sein, Largo aka T.e.k, Fabrizio Lapiana. Today is resident at Fuze and at EvenT, two of the best events in Rome. His sound ranges from deeper grooves to techno and his flow is famous among the ones who get to follow him when he is behind the dj booth. His 'Deep Spring' EP is really a great representation of his sound. both tracks on the EP are very mature and interesting. 'Deep Spring' is a deep house track with very smooth flow and some amazing transitions. The atmosphere is great and there is just enough to make it really cool but not too much so that it becomes inaccessible to certain dancefloors. An amzing track from Deteque that should be perfect warmup material for a broad range of DJs out there. 'Deep Summer' is a much quirkier more tech house inspired track that is a great compliment to the smoother and deeper A-side. A solid release from Deteque and Deepsessions!
