Video 1: Setup... This first of many videos documents the DJ groups setting up their systems and lights, and shows just how impressive the sound and light systems were, back in the day.
Narrators include Gil Laroya (Elite Xpression), Jun Garduque (Elite Xpresion), Lowell Esposo (Elite Xpression), and Chris Balmonte (Synchronized Soundz host of this battle).

... This rare video is from an original SF bay area Filipino style DJ battle. May 9th, 1992 at Toso Pavilion which is located at Santa Clara University. It was hosted by Synchronized Soundz out of Santa Clara (Big Chris in effect!).

... You will see groups such as Ladda Sounds, Second To None, High Class, and Synchronized Soundz. My group, Elite Xpression, didn't play at this battle, but instead added my sound system and lights to that of Synchronized Soundz to fill out the large main stage.
Judges at this battle included Joey J-Rocks Santos, Bernie MCB Laroya, and DJam Hassan. There is also a guest appearance on one of the videos by DJ QBert.
