ABOUT DJ GRIMEYDJ Grimey is one of the most known and respected DJ's throughout the City of Nottingham, starting dj'ing from as young as 14 and buying his first decks he started to build up a quick rep for himself within underground music. He joined a crew called 'Code Red' better known today as 'The Militry' 'Militry Crew' or 'Militry Muzik'. Being the 1 of of back then 3 Djs for the crew (Snowman & Venom) Grimey who was back then known as KC shortly became the main dj for the crew and holding big sets in his bedroom.As sets began to go more and more out, they started being referred to as 'Dj Grimey's Bedroom Sessions' and from there moved to 'Studio Sessions' at Russells Studio. He has dj'd for many crews and mc's around Midlands and UK. From that of Nasty Crew's Stormin to Wariko LRG, Streetlife, NODB (Niggaz On Da Block) and many more.Now in 2007 you can catch DJ Grimey on a Saturday Night on Kemet Radio 97.5 FM from 10 until Midnight. Hosting and DJ'ing with some of the biggest names in Grime music today.He truly is and will remain Nottinghams' Grimey'ist DJ.
