This Trax on Da Rocks-style edit from Thomas Bangalter is a rare treat on one of DJ Mehdi's last records. It's a classic French Touch house edit that teases out an idea before slapping you in the face with it.

2. Hashim - We're Rocking The Planet
Hashim is most widely known as the genius behind "Al-Nayafish (The Soul)," but he's also responsible for a handful of other, lesser-known electro bangers. According to the internet, he's now the CTO of a moderately successful cloud tech company.

3. Chip E. - Like This (Radio Edit)
Classic Chicago House from Chip E. According to an interview with Chip E., the voice on the track belongs to Frankie Knuckles, who Chip assisted on many records.

4. Bruce Haack - Party Machine
Bruce Haack, inventor, children's music composer, and electronic music pioneer recorded Party Machine, one of his last records, with Russell Simmons and created an enchanting early hip-hop classic.

5. LNTG - 2 Of Us
Solid downtempo rework of Grover Washington Jr.'s version of the Bill Withers classic. Sounds very similar to Todd Terje during his disco edit period.
