Counting breaths is a meditation from the zen buddhist tradition.

It's one of the most effective meditations for beginners.

Start with 10 minutes and with time increase.

3 STEPS:

1 - sit in a confortable position, spine straight, close the eyes and let the breathing cycles become light and soft. Watch and concentrate on the air.

2 - start counting. In each exhalation count one.
start counting from 1 to 7 / 1 to 14 / 1 to 21 / 1 to 28 / 1 to 35

3 - stop counting and surrender yourself, for sure your mind is calmer and you are more relaxed.

Meditation is the most powerful tool you can use to balance yourself . Body, Mind and Spirit all in one.
