Ceolskog -The Southern Cross and The Northern Star (2017; Folk Metal Album + Nature Video) - Video
PUBLISHED:  Mar 20, 2017
DESCRIPTION:
Ceolskog is the folk metal project of Adam Helliwell from Hamilton, New Zealand. Ceol is an Irish word meaning music, and skog means forest in Norwegian and Swedish.

"The Southern Cross and the Northern Star" is my third home-made album, and a follow-up to "Made In My Bedroom II". It is comprised of folk songs from around the world - the album's name comes from the fact that it has folk songs from both hemispheres.

To accompany the entire album, I've made a nature / outdoors video of my walks through the New Zealand bush and countryside.
