It Aint Over Yet !!! Houston, Texas- Throughout, the years New York, Cali and ATL all had there time to shine; now all eyes are on H-Town. Whether its the grillz, the screw tapes, starch jeans, 84s, Timmy Chans or even Vince Young ; the buzz in Houston is hotter than its weather in June. Lil Flip, Chamillionaire, Slim Thug, Mike Jones, Paul Wall and Bun-B have all put there marks down for Houston over the past two years. But now there is a new wave blazing out the H and they go by the name of D3G (Dirty 3rd Grindaz). Coming straight out of Houstons Southside, this group with its catchy name and creative style, have the streets talking. D3G mix tapes are flooding the streets of the H and grabbing everyones attention. The group is backed up by Lil B, 23 of the group Slow Loud and Bangin (SLAB). The group consists of T-Red, Pimp Skinny, Slim G, Lady Boss and Just-O. They possess a classic southern Houston style reminiscent to the legendary screwed up click. D3G was formed by Lil B and A.B. D3G is also a record label, (D3G Entertainment, LLC). D3G is an extended family that includes friends and homies from the Hiram Clarke area and all over Houston and Texas. D3G came out with its first underground in August 2005 named Unexpected Guest, the CD quickly gathered a buzz as it personified the Houston lifestyle in a manner that people from all over the country could relate to. Next up for D3G is a second under ground album, titled Fresh Out The Gates which was released in late March 2006. The underground is backed by some of Houstons hottest artists, Paul Wall and Rap A Lots newest recording artist Trae. This edgy underground sound is guaranteed to be a success. With the recent success of Houston in the mainstream audience it is only a matter of time before D3G get the big break that their H-town counterparts have already received. D3G is definitely living up to their motto, Grind or Die. In addition , the camp has just introduced a new link to the chain, Young Goldie AKA The Underground Princess. This Multi-Talented young lady is definitely a force to be reckoned with and will surely be a plus to the D3G family.
