The Kraken is built for one thing: To rock. And rock it does. Two distinctly voiced dirt channels - British and High-Gain American - each with separate and foot-switchable gain and master volume, give you pretty much everything you could want from a high quality rock amp. Add the Bass Focus function (to tighten up the bottom end), relatively light weight (8.2kg), tough steel skeleton frame and small size and you have an all in one solution with enough power for the stage but portable enough to travel with and carry on to any plane as cabin luggage. Perfect! And, you can attenuate the amp from a mean 50W right down to 0.3W thanks to the single-ended switching on the rear and High/Low power switch on the front. Of course, none of this would mean a thing if it didn't sound great. It doesn't sound great, it sounds amazing!
