What to do with this ? Before you flash the kitkat update , download this and copy the files from the zip inside the kitkat update folder, overwrite the EBR 1 and EBR 2 it already has and delete the Checksum.ini . Then Flash & Profit !

– Power button + volume button up, to enter the recovery mode.
INSTALL MTK NVRAM TOOL.ZIP FROM SDCARD withouth any wipe. This is a fantastic AROMA TOOL, so you only need to backup your NVRAM, then exit and return to recovery.
