I dream about cancer as I take another drag
the thought of living past 40 makes me wanna gag.

When all you have to live for is a bottle or a smoke
sometimes it's just too east to shot up or take a toke.
Constantly coughing up tar I'm amazed that I can breathe
But when I dont have nicotine I start to dry heave.

I'll be in the cancer ward you can visit me there
needle stuck in my arm without any hair.

With a tube in my larynx I'll scare off little kids
when my pack is empty I'll be bumming smokes off skids
As I'm wheezing I taste vomit on my tongue
agonizing cough, I'll hack up my last loung

My friends will join in chemo because of second hand
