DeadMan Circus

After an amazing 11 year run, DeadMan Circus has called it quits. Thanks to everyone that has shown their support for our music over the years. It is because of all of you that we kept it together as long as we did. The good times, good friends and good music will never be forgotten.

The DeadMan Circus myspace site will remain up so that we may all stay in contact and keep you updated on any future projects. Any messages for any member should be posted in the comments section and not through emails.

What used to be:

DeadMan Circus is a Louisiana based Heavy Groove Metal ensemble. We have been playing together for the past 10 years. With 3 of the 4 original members remaining, we have spent much time as a group developing a sound of our own. The band most easily slides into the Heavy Metal genre with an all original set, but not without a few departures here and there. We have played all over our state with shows also in Texas, Mississippi, Florida, Arkansas & Colorado.



We have self-produced and released 5 albums. Cotton Candy & Razorblades came in 1995 then Sifting Through the Barristers in 1998. Next came From the Coma in 2000 followed by a short EP called The Coffee Cake Chronicles in 2001. Our latest album, Haunting Comfort, was released December 2003.



We are known best for our live shows. We have hosted countless shows in our small hometown including well knowns such as Crowbar, Soilent Green, Crisis, Agents of Oblivion, Clearlight, Hog Mountin, RWake, Spickle, Myra Mains and many more.
