Masai Bey guest debuted in 1999 on Cage's "Paranoid Android" single released in England on DC Recordings performing vocals, scratches and production. This alliance, along with his lyrical presence, resulted in contributing vocals to Cage's "And So Kiddies...", co-production on "Mersh" on Bobbito Garcia's Fondl'em Records and vocals on Smut Peddlers' "For The Record". In 2002, Definitive Jux Recordings released Masai Bey's solo debut single "Paper Mache" with "Nonstop" and "The Beginning" featuring BMS and Vast Aire of Can Ox.
Since 2004, Masai Bey has written, produced and released numerous independent collections. 2004's "Masai Bey's Goldmind", 2006's "Natural Magic Music", 2006's "The Panacea Goldmind", 2007's "C87" with BMS, 2008's "Vitamin", 2009's "Art Of The Covenant" and "Noise" and 2010's "Beboppin" and "City Kids.".
