At this point, some 21 years into their career as one of America’s most important underground bands, Washington D.C.’s Darkest Hour have returned. Touring in support of their March 10th release, “Godless Prophets & The Migrant Flora” (Southern Lord) the ever-evolving band of musical brothers continue to carve their own path the same way they started two decades earlier, a DIY infrastructure of gigs, deals, tours and more. This plan of attack has seen the band constantly in the public’s eye releasing now 9 full lengths and spreading their musical message to stages on 6 of the 7 continents earning them a rabid fan base few can lay claim to.
