DESCRIPTION:
TECHNOBOYS was formed in 1994 by Tohru Fujimura, Tomohisa Ishikawa and
Yohei Matsui. They had taken visual and theatrical elements, and built
unique career such as music activity with contemporary dance group and
music exhibitions in museum. In 2005, TECHNOBOYS merged with an electro
music unit, "Pul-craft". In addition TECHNOBOYS PULCRAFT GREEN-FUND,
having H.R.M. as a vocalist, who has engaged in wide range of activities
such as a voice actor, singing insert songs of TV animation, etc. They
remixed promotion video music of French design studio, "Le Pivot". While
the group has established international career, each member has also
worked globally. In 2006, their first album, "music laundering" was
released. It includes remix by Claude Young who is one of the veteran
major players in Detroit TECHNO scene. In 2007, They were selected as
Haruomi Hosono who is the member of YMO, and offered music to the movie,
"EX MACHINA". In the same year, They participated in the remix album,
"LUCKY STAR remix002", it became the topic with internet of Japan.
Now, They are producing the second album.


Dario Elia is a musician, singer, composer, photographer, writer and art curator. Having played improvised music since the beginning of the 1990s he developed a personal modal approach and improvisation technique. Dario Elia and his band are based in Italy, moreover he takes part to several international collaborations. A recent collaborative work, the "Sol installation", has been realized in Bangkok with musicians like Koichi Shimizu (Japan), Alma Laprida (Argentina), Itta (Korea), Orkun Tuzel (Turkey) and many others. In 2010, Dario Elia was extensively touring in Spain, Russia, Thailand and Italy, playing in important festivals, live venues and theatres. ---BOOKING INFO--- For live events, three line-ups/type of performances are generally available: 1. QUARTET, with arrangements mainly avantgarde jazz/ambient-oriented. The "Vie Impervie" album is basically a good example of this line-up. 2. LIVE-SET (generally a duo or a solo). It is still based on song-format but mainly oriented towards live electronics/post-jazz. 3. SOUND INSTALLATION (generally a solo, sometimes a duo). It is mainly based on instrumental live electronics/soundscapes. Sometimes it is combined with other media in order to form a sound and visual installation.
