DESCRIPTION:
Today I talk about the dangers of R&B/Hip Hop/Rap music. I am well aware that it's not just these genres in particular that are the problem, but I just wanted to focus on them, since they are the biggest influences to the black community. In this video I talk about how certain artists are basically being paid to produce bad messages to the youth of today, and are promoting unsafe (not to mention UNWISE) decisions such as, drug abuse, alcohol abuse, violence and unsafe sex. And a lot of the times these mainstream artists are using their bodies as a way to sell themselves, and this leads to the loss of self-respect in young girls. If you break it down and analyze it, it really does seem like Rap music and Hip Hop, all those genres are used as a brainwashing tool to make the future generations more stupid and naive. Teens today would rather pollute their minds with this garbage, than to absorb new knowledge and engage their minds in useful information. It doesn't help that rap music is 99% black orientated, thus making it seem as though it appeals to the black community. This brainwashes black teens into believing that this is the lifestyle they must live, and this is what it means to be 'black'. Wake up people, the media is brainwashing your children, and they're using music as the fastest way to do it!
