DESCRIPTION:
In June, 2013, Damo Suzuki held court with a psychedelic rock orchestra from Nanaimo's independent music scene. Two synth stations, fuzzed-out guitars, and three drummers coalesced behind Damo's commanding presence and the result was a sprawling, transcendent, seamless soundscape. The multi-track recording has been committed to a deluxe double LP vinyl/digital release by Lancerock Records and NoiseAgonyMayhem Records: "Seven Potaoes", Damo's translation of Nanaimo in Japanese.
